Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed. Guests traveling with pets will be allocated rooms only on the designated pet friendly floor. Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed. • There is a charge of $40 per night per pet, with a maximum of 2 mid sized dogs. • Pet-friendly rooms are located on the 8th floor. • Any pet found on a non-designated floor will incur a $250 penalty for deep cleaning. • We only accept dogs. • A pet registration card must be filled out upon check-in. • Dogs should not be left alone in the room.

Positives: Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants and sky train (10 minutes).

Negatives: Gym is not quite like in the pictures and had older equipment that had not been repaired.

Positives: The location is right across the street from St.Paul's Hospital. The staff gave us an upgrade and free parking Great size with a kitchen for the value The room was ready early as we had requested The view of Vancouver was nice, especially at night Walking distance of many shops & restaurants

Negatives: The swimming pool was rather old and dated No hot tub The steam room was located in the bathroom

Positives: Lots of space in the room, the kitchenette, beds and pillows are comfy

Negatives: Hard to get the right temperature in the shower, sometimes hot water takes a while to get hot and sometimes it gets really hot during the middle of the shower. Be careful if young children are showering.

Positives: TV was outdated..most of the staff at front was not courteous and friendly.. and also it takes forever for the 200 cad initial deposit to come back in our account..we’ve been to a lot of hotel here in canada esp in vancouver but this one was the longest so far to return the initial deposit up to this moment counting 5 days since we check in excluding weekend but yet we hadn’t receive it. I hope you look on to this.thanks!
