Positives:
Location was central to most of the key city attractions, felt safe and had a supermarket and drug store across the road so very convenient.
It might feel a bit quiet outside the hotel but it is very close to the water and to Robson Street which has a bit of energy.
The rooms are big enough and clean, staff were attentive, housekeeping was excellent and the amenities ticked most of the boxes.
If you don’t care for the frills, but just a clean, safe place to stay, this is a good value hotel in a convenient location. Will stay again when we are next there.
Negatives:
Neighbourhood might feel a little sterile at times given the transition from office to residential, but it is close to places like Robson Street which are very active.

Fire alarm system went off twice during our stay, resulting in some concern. When both turned out to be false alarms, it was quite annoying.

Positives:
The quality of the hotel was very high relative to the cost of the room, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the Toto toilet was a very interesting "amenity" and the view was really nice. Location was perfect to walk to points of interest, and the area is very nice, quiet, and safe.
The only downside was that the hot-tub (which seemed very appealing) was too crowded to go in.

Excellent location; the place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I like the “clean”, modern design of the room.

One small point - the AC was a bit loud, it did not bother me though, I just noticed it a few times.
