No negatives about the hotel. Just a bite re the Stanley Park bike ride. We went on an April afternoon and it was chaos. Especially people being very aggressive on electric scooters - overtaking when no space to do so, I would walk if you gave the time and physical ability to do so.

The location in the city was excellent. We arrived 3 hours early prior to required check in and our room was ready. It was nice to unpack our items and explore the city. Our room was super clean and was a corner room that had a beautiful view of the city.

The pool and hot tub were very outdated. Needs to be remolded.

Staff were all great, every interaction was a positive one. They were accommodating to our every need and went out of their way to ensure we had an excellent stay. Location was perfect for us, right near the water in coal harbor and walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants.
Negatives:
Property is a bit dated and in need of some renovation. The room looked nothing like the photos.
