Superb
Positives:
Great location, close to downtown and Gastown but not noisy. Transport on the doorstep. Friendly helpful staff. Went out of their way to help our daughter celebrate her birthday.
Negatives:
Air-conditioning a bit noisy. Bathroom quite small but adequate for 3 people short stay. Some may feel uncomfortable in the area late at night.

The staff were great and the location was pretty central. Nice bathroom and good sized room (Stayed in a king with a fold out sofa)
Negatives:
The sofa bed mattress was horrendous. You could feel every spring. We went with the fold-out option as we thought the room seemed a nicer layout than a typical 2x double, which it was. Just a shame about the sofa bed.
