I liked that the bed was really comfortable and the room was big and has an extra sofa bed. The staff were also really nice and accommodating. Housekeeping always kept my room clean and bathroom clean everyday and they always left a nice note after cleaning my room. :) The hotel is also very near the Waterfront Station (Canada Line).

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything went well.

The online check in is fabulous.. lets you tell the property when you’re arriving. And we were arriving early and they already had our room ready. The front desk was very lovely and super friendly. Our room was great . And the cleaning staff actually knocked on our doors after check in to make sure we had enough towels etc. They had security doorman who always opened the doors for you and were very friendly and helpful with either directions or suggestions for places to eat and other amenities we were able for.
Even though it was a bit pricey I would definitely recommend this hotel

Awkward towel hanging placement in front of sink, so the smaller towels keep dropping to the floor when you lean over the sink
The kitchenette was missing a few mugs and 1-2 bigger bowls for ramen soup cooking

Despite being on the 7th floor, street sounds such as sirens still come through the glass... poor sound proofing?
