Half used water bottle in fridge
One breakfast tea bag in room; asked for more but took 3 hours and we had to remind staff 3 times. Offered a bottle of wine but jet lag meant we had to sleep.
Very expensive breakfast unless you ordered the set choice; no buffet style and no fruit. Incredibly, choice of tea or coffee or orange juice - for £310 !!!!
And we were charged CAD100 deposit for nothing and advised it would take up to 9 working days to get it credited to our credit card. RIP OFF HOTEL.
Cancelled next stay on 31/5 and chose a hotel with a better value / customer service oriented hotel. The hotel suits business people who care nothing about value for money or the deposit scam.
