The hotel charges for parking despite offers on their website that state otherwise. We were supposed to receive free parking and a discount, neither of which the hotel would honor. The hotel is extremely overpriced and loud, not to mention the "upgraded" room was older and dirty.

I like the location , it was great. I also loved the cleaniness of the hotel.
Negatives:
I asked for tooth paste and they told me they can't give me tooth paste which is ridicilous because for a such luxury hotel not providing tooth paste is unacceptable. There are better hotels in downtown which give their clients tooth paste and dont turn down their clients for tooth paste.
P.S: I know for sure they had it because the previous day they gave us one piece for each guest but that is not enough as we were staying for 4 days!

It was ok but not...
Positives:
Cozy beds and a beautiful room. The most amazing location, great restaurant. Our room was big with a nice bathroom. the pool was warm and clean.
Negatives:
I was a little upset that it took them a while to get the crib to our room, even though we didn't check in until 9 pm and I had confirmed the crib just the day before. I figured the crib would be in the room by the time we arrived but it took three calls to house keeping to have them bring it up.
