Proximity to shows, concerts, performances, and shopping. The hot tub and sauna were great, just hard to find a time when it wasn’t full with other guests. Beds were awesome, robes are nice and staff were kind.
Negatives:
During our stay some drilling was taking place so it was a bit loud; not the property’s fault though.

Room was way too warm -- the thermostat did not trigger any reduction in temperature, and it got as warm as 75 during the night.
No common space except the small lobby. Would have been nice to have a place where we could have played cards with the family who joined us in staying at the hotel.

Location for QE Theatre was great staff were very friendly and helpful as far as they could be. The rooms were good size and very clean and up to date.
Negatives:
The hotel knew there were 4 people booked for the room. There were 3 bath towels, 3 face cloths and two hand towels in the bathroom. The hotel is doing something with their parking garage and while the staff were so helpful getting our luggage unloaded and into hotel, and giving out parking garage maps and directions and helpful hints, the driver of our car ended up driving round and round the blocks around the hotel looking for a space! Valet parking and actual reserved spots for hotel guests would have gone a long way to reduce that huge stress.
