Negatives: The only downside we had was the pillows where absolutely no good even though there was 5 on the bed to use, after 10 minutes they were flat. Woke up with soar necks.

Negatives: - The room was really old, I didn't expect to see such low-level amenities for this price. - Breakfast was included in the price, the taste was ok, but very poor choice, also I was surprised that cappuccino was for an extra charge (for already paid breakfast). - Very unusual process of payment, there were some specific requirements for credit card, also I didn't understand what was the amount of deposit. After I made pre-payment during chek-in I had some extra changes/captures during the stay

Positives: Bed was really comfortable and room was lovely. The pool, spa and gym were lovely and well fitted out. Location was great and it was so easy to walk around vancouver without a vehicle, location was central for all public transport as well. Reception staff and porters were really lovely, attentive and helpful for tourists.
