- The room was really old, I didn't expect to see such low-level amenities for this price.
- Breakfast was included in the price, the taste was ok, but very poor choice, also I was surprised that cappuccino was for an extra charge (for already paid breakfast).
- Very unusual process of payment, there were some specific requirements for credit card, also I didn't understand what was the amount of deposit. After I made pre-payment during chek-in I had some extra changes/captures during the stay
