Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, May 23rd, 2025 at midnight and Sunday, May 25th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 25th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
