It’s pretty close to Vancouver central station. Room is clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The pillows smell old/funky but the sheets are all clean. The area around is with lots of sketchy people. I can hear the elevator and something running under the walls clearly.

Positives:
Such a convenient location to stay and explore downtown. Staff were wonderful and upgraded us to a corner king which was quite spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would also recommend the connecting restaurant for drinks and food!
Negatives:
The soundproofing was not the best and we were woken up by neighbouring rooms talking and housekeeping in the hallways but otherwise no issues! Would definitely stay here again.
