Positives: I wasn’t aware we asked for a quiet room. We enjoyed being upgraded to the suite. Loved having the pool and spa down the corridor. We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying there. Convenience and location was great.

Negatives: The bath and shower was difficult to use. The plug in the bath leaked water out and couldn’t get shower to work.
