Small nice hotel in Vancouver...
Positives:
The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the cruise terminal and Pacific Centre Train Station are a quick taxi or Uber ride away.
Rooms are very well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, Espresso machine, electric kettle, and Elemis bathroom products.
We arrived early, and staff stored our luggage and texted us 90 minutes later when our room was ready. Being there 6 hours before official check-in, we really appreciated being able to get to our room so early at no additional cost.
Negatives:
Our room was by the elevator, so we heard every conversation other guests held outside our door. Disruptive to sleep at 1am.

Positives:
Spacious and clean room. It was very comfortable. The hotel had good and secure parking, at $30 per day. The hotel breakfast had good variety, with some local and some traditional choices. Walking distance to many restaurants, very close to Rogers Arena, and close to Stanley Park with transportation. Very nice hotel, but downtown YVR prices.

Positives:
Steps away from BC Place. Clean modern facility. Our room had a balcony with table and chairs as well and we enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the sun.
Negatives:
No room service. Limited but good breakfast menu. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, however hubby did not recommend the omelette.
