Excellent location and very 'easy' hotel to spend time in. The room was fine, bathroom good, and check in and out was extremely easy. Loved the clever and speedy lifts, and also appreciated the multiple USB points in the room for charging our various devices.
Negatives:
The bed was a bit soft for my liking and all the pillows were the same - soft and floppy. The unforgivable sin for me was the McDonald's style plastic coffee cups and lack of kettle, meaning a decent cup of tea or coffee wasn't possible, and having a second cup risked the recyclable cup disintegrating! We got a takeaway as we were exhausted after a flight and long day, but there were no plates or cutlery in the room so this was more difficult than it needed to be.
