Our chosen one place we stay in whenever we go to the city. Its beautiful, classy, has a gym, pool and a spa and a 7 star restaurant. What more can you ask for? Conveniently situated at the heart of the city. Nothing beats The Sutton place for me and my family. Period.

A very central location with easy parking, walk to most areas of the city. Guest laundry, good kitchen with adequate utensils and a large IGA supermarket only meters away. A generous supply of clothes hangers
Negatives:
The air conditioning is noisy but does the job well. The lighting in the bedroom is poor with no central room light. The room safe is in a slightly difficult position, the cupboard it is housed in is very large and the unit could be higher to allow easy access and inspection.

Made us wait almost 10 hours for our room. We were told multiple times that they were prioritizing the cleaning. Instead we sat in the lobby with 3 small kids for better part of the day. As soon as we got a little upset the room was ready immediately. Shouldn't take the customer getting upset for any action to take place
