The Paradox was a beautiful hotel. Very central with everything you need. I especially loved the Karma Bar. The beds were comfortable and the staff were great.

We like the floor to ceiling windows, but windows can't be opened for ventilation.
The central AC can be loud if you are a light sleeper.

Everything - I can’t fault a single thing. We checked in early, no problem. Room upgrade gratefully received and complimentary welcome drink in the bar was a nice touch. The pool was closed for an event but we were invited free of charge so went along to a fun party. No queues at check in or out, everything was really simple.
