Convenient location. The room had a great view. Friendly staff.

Couldn't use the fridge because it was filled with 'automated refreshment'. The counter was filled with those items as well which was taken up the space. It took very long time for hot water to come in.

Location was good and convenient however it is still on a busy street.
Negatives:
There is no room in the refrigerator to put any personal food or drinks. It is completely filled in with items from the hotel which has to be paid for. In another word it is useless. There was no microwave. Closet and hangers was at the minimal. We registered 4 guests and there were only 3 sets of towels.
