All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean, and the view was perfect.

The staff was so rude. The front desk person who checked us in was extremely rude.
Also they refused to provide any plates or spoons for the food we ordered from outside. I haven’t seen any hotel refusing to provide that.
