Bed and pillows (not all pillows went flat as pancakes when we used them) very comfortable. Secure hooks on back of bathroom door for toiletry bag.

Our hotel was beautiful, right across from the stadium and within walking distance to our venue at Queen Elizabeth Theatre. We ate dinner and then breakfast at Frankies, attached to the hotel. Both meals were excellent. Our room was comfortable and had a little chaise lounge in it as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom shower was good.

Positives:
Proximity to Rogers Arena, BC Place and Queen Elizabeth Theatre makes it a great choice when traveling to see a sports game or a show.
Negatives:
Elevator is a bit slow and no option to use the stairs.

We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean.
This hotel is walking distance from all of the places we went during our weekend stay: restaurants, bars, shops, Rogers Arena and the science museum.
There is a good Italian restaurant accessible from the lobby and a secure on-site parking garage located under the hotel. They don't take reservations for parking but it wasn't an issue because the garage is large and only about 1/2 full when we arrived on a Friday.
