the rooms were large,, the bed was a queen, and firm, staff was very friendly and helpful, I needed a room on the ground floor and they were able to make that happen, the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from

The breakfast was really great so nice and not too crowded. Very much enjoyed that.
Negatives:
The only thing was some people beside us. We’re having issues. The man was yelling at the woman at 4 o’clock in the morning, and the girl was crying outside our room.
That ended the peaceful sleep, which is too bad! Let the staff know they didn’t seem to care. Also went for a swim at 9 AM but the pool was not open 10 minutes later there was tons of kids in there so we missed our window. That’s too bad.

Location was central, and room was comfortable for the price point.
Negatives:
While floor, bedding and bathroom area were mostly clean, some corners of the floor, especially the bathroom could have used a scrub. The shower head was old and needed replacing. Room 201 was an end room, I believe next to either the kitchen or manager accomodation. I thought I could hear something like a dishwasher running late at night, and was woken early to the sound of chopping, which I didn’t appreciate.

The room STUNK. It did not feel like it could possibly be clean. The bed was a bit horrifying with very thin blankets. The neighbourhood felt unsafe and the room condition didn’t inspire confidence.
