Positives:
The staff was very exceptional and accommodating. We were treated very well. The restaurant, 27th Street was good as well and the waiter made my little granddaughter feel special. The location is close to a mall and very central. We could walk everywhere.
Negatives:
The pool was cloudy even though I saw them clean it... was trying to figure out what that meant. However we swam in it and all was well. The ladies toilet in the pool change room definitely needed to be bolted down.

Cool water at warmest from bath, shower, and sink - staff said due to water conservation. . Water did not drain from bath adequately. Some light fixtures with burned out bulbs. When issues were raised with staff they said it would be fixed during second day, but issues remained later that day/evening. Disappointing.

The hotel was in an excellent location, we were greeted with smiles by all staff, the hotel lobby was very clean as well as room.

The only thing I would comment on is that the gym is right at rhe check in desk and has no privacy to other guests, and it's very small.
