Positives: The staff were all pleasant and greeted us with a smile anytime they saw us. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. Fred helped me both times. I called the front desk from my room with a few questions, and they responded quickly, which was appreciated.The pool and hot tub were clean and so fun. I loved the number and choices of pillows on the bed. The hair dryer provided was good quality. The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill was also very good, as were the staff. I would definitely stay there again!

Negatives: I was not sure how to order room service and may have liked that on one occasion. I would have liked a mouthwash included in the toiletries provided in the room.

Positives: How clean and aesthetically pleasing everyhting was. Staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Negatives: The gym hours should be alot earlier and later or should be able to use the room key to access the gym at any time..some people dont get to enjoy their hotel room till later hours and have to leave much early morning for the trip back home and wouldve enjoyed a workout before the long drive.
