The location is amazing...you can walk to everything downtown. Our room was great, the bathroom was a bit small but that's no real reason to complain. Staff were super friendly!!
Negatives:
We found the restaurant a bit pricey and the serving staff were not super attentive. In fact, we went in with plans to stay for dinner but after one drink we found the service so poor (and no, it wasn't busy) we left.

We had a harbor view. But there is a large ledge outside of our window that had old paint cans, old wiring and other junk on it. You could tell it had been there a long time. The paint cans were rusty.

The location is great, very close to the water and walking distance for hop-op, hop-off tours..
The staff were very nice and provided great customer service.
Housekeeping staff were also very nice.
They have definitely done a lot of updates which look great.
Negatives:
They have taken some shortcuts (not properly preparing wall surfaces prior to new paint) which takes away from the updating (in my opinion). Although it looked clean, it didn't feel or smell clean. An odd perfumey smell on the pillows, maybe it was the detergent, was hard to adjust to.
The bed and pillows seemed very low quality. Pillows were lumpy and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The small area heater (on top of the counter) was the only heating source and it had a sign on it to not leave it on when you weren't in the room. Didn't feel safe then to use it while we were sleeping.

The kitchenette needs more than two knives, forks, and spoons. I think calling a two burner hotplate a “cooktop” is a bit misleading. I notice that it wasn’t included in the photos of the unit.
