The room had everything we needed including self catering options & was quite spacious with comfy beds

Great overall but the only thing was the noises from other rooms. We heard peoples alarms & conversations early in the morning as if they were in our room, doors & footsteps from outside & above. But this is the only issue so if you’re not a light sleeper it wouldn’t be a concern. All else was great & front desk staff very helpful & proactive

It will be much comfortable if there is a Vertical Bag Elevator. We stayed at the 3rd floor and we have a lot of stuff since coz I am joining the Ironman race that weekend.

My children had a great...
Positives:
The main room looked liked it had been recently updated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for everything I needed to do during my stay. The bus stop was right outside the door and the trip downtown only took 10 min.

The bathroom (while clean) needed some updating..some cracked tiles, caulking, and drywall

Positives:
Even though the building itself is pretty worn out and there is no elevator, inside the room was very clean and very well maintained. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer. The location is great, you can take a walk to the downtown or use water taxi near by.
Negatives:
The pillows were uncomfortable. We had a fridge, it was very loud, but we were able to turn it off. We stayed for 4 nights, but there was no room service. We could have claimed it, but we were OK with contributing to environmental sustainability.

This hotel is consistently a good deal and the location is great.
Negatives:
This was the first time I got a room with 2 double beds… it was super tight in the room. Would have been awkward with 2+ people. The lack of water pressure isn’t great.

Rooms were dated, toilets way too low, water pressure low, called front desk no answer, no help with baggage, signage for room locations inadequate, rates were all different for booking 5 rooms, not enough parking, sheets had stains, and spelled my first name wrong.

The bed was uncomfortable, as was the pillow. The room was a bit chilly, but the heater was too loud to leave on at night. Additionally, the water dripping in the bathroom kept us up all night. We didn’t sleep well at all. Very frustrating.

It had a lovely pool, handy to buses and a great bar and restaurant.
Negatives:
They could have done with some bench space in the kitchen, there was no daily service of room. One of the towels had a black mark down it. There was no double glazing, really noisy. The fridge door had to be pushed hard to close.
