The location of the hotel, the door guy is very nice to direct us the way.
Negatives:
When we check in the receptionist looks very unlikely to help us and kind like no patient to wait for us to check in. Especially when the card machine doesn’t work properly.
The room I get is near the street, there are yelling sounds at the night time. The bath tube has no step protection my daughter slipped in the tube. The heater is on and off all night long. The mattress is terrible soft and pillow is like marshmallow. I have no idea why is this hotel can be range of 5star hotel.

There is obviously a sound proofing problem with the wall between room 695 and the room next door. I could clearly hear the television in the next room when I was in bed trying to sleep. The person/people in the next room kept it on until 3am which made it impossible for me to sleep. Very upsetting and disappointing in such a high standard hotel.

I think the remodel is too modern, too masculine and cold in the lobby, and restaurant, why not have it be more feminine and historically remodeled? pool a bit too chlorinated maybe.

We were excited to use the hot tub at 9:30 and it was full of kids so it would be nice to have an adult hot tub somewhere
