Colorful hotel with quirky decor. Though the hotel isn't downtown, we walked to the harbor and back. Great exercise. Several options nearby for an early breakfast to catch the ferry on time.
Negatives:
Toilet was running all night. We shut the water off. Sink kept backing up. Pillows are way too thick, therefore quite uncomfortable.

We were on the 3rd floor so to get a cuppa in the morning, we had to get dressed, walk downstairs and across the carpark to the reception area. It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Instead there was a massive tv- totally unnecessary, a microwave and a fridge. Nice to have, but how much to guests use them?

Really loves the location and the pool was great for the kids! We also took advantage of the ping pong tables for some family fun time and we also used the bikes! It was very kid friendly and all at no extra cost! Very rare to have such great customer service now days! We will definitely be back!
