Negatives: The organization and communication of front desk staff. I had 1 day booked with a 3rd party provider and had to extend it by adding a day before. Even though I called and communicated this numerous times, the next shift's staff didn't have the info from the previous worker. It was annoying to be constantly called to ask when we were checking in, why we hadn't checked out on time, and that they didn't have the details when I communicated this more than twice. I even had to remind them to charge me for our dog. The elevator got stuck on a floor, plug in the tub didn't work, and it was a bit dirty. The last time we stayed was more comfortable, cleaner, and the front desk was more communicative. The hotel staff tried to say booking.com hadn't sent them the booking but on two separate communications, they saw the reservation. I'm not sure if this is a game or just poor communication. It was a bit frustrating.

Negatives: We have stayed here a couple of times before and had much nicer rooms. This room seemed to be more like a closet than a hotel room. There was literally no where to put anything in the bathroom and no desk to organize things in the main room. It tended to be quite noisy especially from the systems in the room which we eventually turned off and opened the window for ventilation. I ended up using the couch for suitcases etc. IF we were to stay again, I would ask for your regular room on the main floor. We have travelled extensively throughout the US and Canada staying in Motels. This rates as the most uncomfortable and the most expensive.

Negatives: 2:30 when to front desk for checknin Paras, the person on duty, gave me 207 I went up to second floor, kept on trying the keycard at room 207 but both keycard did not work. The door is not opening and then i have to go down to and told the front desk that the keycard are not working. He ask me did you go to room 207?. Like I dont know how to check room number. I simply answered, yes Then he proceeded to ask me is does the door lock shows red? As if I dont know how keycard works But I still said, it is red. Then, he said he will just go with me. So we went to room 207. He used his keycard and the door unlocked. However it did not open because of the safety lock. Then someone inside the room said something. That is when he realized there is actually a person/guest inside 207. He just told the person it is just front desk Then he walk out and went down, he said he will be back After few minutes, he got back, he let me in to room 209 and said he will give me the key card after wards. Went down to get the keycard I ask the other front desk person if i can get the keycard and that i am already checked in. The guy proceeded to ask Paras if i was previously given keycard and he said no because he was busy assisting other guests. The guy then gave me keycard and explained about restaurant hour, parking and pool things Paras did not bother to mention. I have been to this hotel several times even when it was not holiday inn yet. And never experience this.

Negatives: The pool was supposed to be heated as per front desk but was extremely cold . Was looking forward to swimming but did not last 5 min.

Negatives: I have never found Nacho crumbs in a dresser drawer before.
