Located across from the ferry and next to the parliament building, this location could not have been more convenient! There are so many shops, restaurants and even a museum close by. The hotel itself had a very accommodating staff. Great b breakfast

I couldn't find a comfortable pillow and by the end of the week found the mattress uncomfortable for my back.

Good location to inner harbour
Positives:
Best location ever! Pendrays Tea house on same property, Santiago's with all day Happy Hour on other side and Harbour House across the street. We enjoyed meals at all 3! The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely appointed. Staff were friendly and professional.
Negatives:
Unfortunately we forgot our wine bottle opener. We were surprised by the lack of a corkscrew availability by the hotel. Luckily we found someone to open it for us.

I did not get the room I booked. They hotel had planned to renovate the loft rooms on the 3rd floor and when we got there they lied and said they over booked when in fact the was not room available as they had been stripped for renovation. The room we got
