Great location, beautiful facilities, spectacular views.
Negatives:
My wife was bitten overnight in a pattern that looked (to us and a nurse in our party) like bedbugs but which the Manager, somewhat aggressively denied. They eventually moved us to a nicer room for one night (but still charged us our original upgrade fee).
I had to ask for my invoice at least 4 times and wait 5 days, to see what I had been charged.
The hotel website shows many specials, however I was not able to find any discounts that applied for the time we wanted despite having 6 months prior notice about the date (wedding party).
Overall it is a beautiful place and the reception lady was lovely, but after paying $1,400 for 2 nights and a few snacks/breakfasts I expected more.

The coffee shop and clean restrooms on the main floor. Parking was good. You are 5 minutes from the ferry. You are walking distance from everything downtown, and they have a walking trail behind the hotel with a view of the water.
Negatives:
You need reservations to eat in their restaurant. We had to dine somewhere else. You can sit at the bar for a cocktail.

Positives:
The spacious room, the decor, the lovely bathroom, the quality of the in-room coffee. They checked us in early which was lovely and the room service staff was charming and delightful.
Negatives:
The curtains were old (holes in them) and the view was more of the neighbouring building (apartments) than the ocean, which is what was promised.
