Good news! Before Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 at midnight and Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 30 and May 31, you will still be charged for the full amount. Negatives: second year in a row had to complain about the breakfast. Same breakfast charged 2 different rates, toast comes as warm bread, lots of delays in serving the breakfast.
