Disappointing
Positives:
Clean. Easy parking and good location
Negatives:
Lumpy bed, dogs were in adjoining room and room from across the hall and were barking at each other and howling. Dogs barked every time I made a move in my room. I told front staff and no one cared. Shower was very low flow.

Positives:
The Bartender was great and empathized with our frustrations. The bell service was great when we arrived, he took the golf cart and showed us where to park our motorcycles for the night and reassured us that there would be someone there in the morning to transport us and our luggage to the bikes in the morning.
Negatives:
1) I asked the bartender if the kitchen knew how to butter baste a steak, he went to confirm and came back to reassure me they could do that. When my meal was delivered it was not cooked that way. my friend had his dinner eaten by the time mine was delivered.
2) when we inquired about a hot tub after dinner, we were told there was only one at the community center and we had to pay extra for it, they were closing soon too.
3) When I went to shower, there was no shampoo in the shower and I had to get out to call the front desk and wait for it to get brought to my room.
4) the linens on the bed were quite stiff and not comfortable at all (felt crunchy)
5) at breakfast I was charged $8 for a decaf coffee. (outrageous price).
6) When leaving the hotel, I came down with all my luggage in hand and asked for the bell service and the golf cart to take us to our motorcycles. To which I was informed that there was nobody to help with that and I we would have to carry our stuff across the property and down the stairs to the the bottom floor of the parkade.
I feel it was a very overpriced experience and the value did not represent the price.
