Positives: Beautiful hotel up in the mountains. Chic hotel, very clean and classy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager Mark was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us out and made our stay an amazing experience.

Negatives: How far the location is. It was nearly impossible to get an Uber or taxi. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle service which is unfortunate considering they're located secluded from everything. It took us over 45 mins to get a ride back to the hotel from the Stadium which is only 10 mins drive but over 1.5 hrs walk.

Negatives: No free amenities even while being a guest- pool is $45 pp per day, tennis $15 pp (much more reasonable) but still not included. Golf is very expensive too. So to be up away from the city, despite its pretty setting, and charged for everything while being a guest is a major turn off. Weve been here several times but dont think we will stay there again because of this. Pillows were super soft, my neck hurt every day. Not the Westin pillows Ive had in the past.
