Negatives: Lighting inside of room was not great. Area between closet and bathroom was un light, making ironing a shirt mote difficult than it needed to be (electric plug there was most suitable for ironing board and iron)

Positives: Room was good, clean and comfortable. We wanted quite room and we did get it. Hotel is in downtown and proximity to lot of restaurants and attractions makes it a great choice. Valet folks were very responding and helpful, never ever saw sign of frustration no matter how many times car was asked to bring or park.
Negatives: Elevators were taking lot of time, plus it was sometime taking effort to get card scan on it which was needed to go up to your floor. We stayed 2 nights; room service did come but didn't bother to pick towels down on the floor. We had those there for purpose to remove.
