Positives:
A very nicely styled room with great views and lots of light (floor to ceiling windows on two sides). The shower was nice and was stocked with really nice produces.

Everything! Excellent value for money. Clean, amazingly friendly staff, incredible location, very close to the harbour and an exceptional restaurant with tasty food and helpful and kind staff. Definitely a place to return to!

The location is great -- short walking distance to the Inner Harbour, Royal Museum, Government Street and Chinatown. The room has been renovated and the lighting is excellent and well placed -- bedside lighting perfect for reading; task lighting at desk perfect for doing work at the work station; ambient lighting also great. Beds were comfortable. Lots of natural light. Valet and Check-in staff were very great.
Negatives:
The bathroom lighting could be improved; bathroom fixtures could be updated. My view from the 7th floor looked north and east at other hotels and buildings.
