Close to our place to visit in W Kelowna and facilities. Breakfast was good
Negatives:
Issue with TV problems required 4 trips to the office to get it to work, but never worked properly. Couldnt start TV, couldnt change stations or control sound. Manage to partially fix but only way to turn off was to pull power plugs.
Tried to call front desk, but the phone wasnt connected - lacked power connection cord which never replaced.
The desk staffer was great and tried to fix above TV problem after 4 visits.
Werent permitted to drink tap water because of a city alert to not drink it. Not motels fault. Bottled not offered so bought bottled water from local gas station.
Was not happy that they automatically charge a returnable $100 damage deposit which was cancelled at check out. Not sure if this is a standard policy with all hotel/motel properties.
