I loved the breakfast!!! I wanted waffles with strawberry sauce and whip cream and they had it!! The kitchen staff were really sweet and helpful. It was my birthday that weekend and it was a delight.
Negatives:
The food counter was not tidied frequently and was cluttered. I believe the kitchen staff was doing their best, but I think with the influx of people, they probably couldn’t keep up.
Also, the halls were very noisy. At one point after 10pm, I politely requested the children to be courteous of sleeping guests and they promptly did such.

I booked with you & they didn't let me stay for price I booked. After 16 hours traveling in snow all I wanted to sleep. Manager & front desk treated me like 2nd class citizen & send me out. I will probably never book with you again.

Linens looked dirty shower curtain definitely dirty. It made our stay very uncomfortable. Bed smelled like cooking grease. Not sure what that was all about. Overall stay very unpleasant
