Location, comfy beds, nice tv. Easy access to outside being pet friendly we didnt have to go through the lobby each time we left we enjoyed the side doors.

Other guests being loud all night, when we got to our room the garbages were still full from previous guests and we had no toilet paper or Kleenex

The evening staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. The breakfast had lots of choices

There were no instructions on how to operate the tv and remotes. The tv flickered from time to time as I watched it There was no bathtub plug I am a senior and had to climb quite a steep set of stairs with my luggage to get to my room The morning staff were not nearly as friendly as the evening staff I was told to park behind the hotel because closer parking was reserved for first floor guests. It would have been a much longer walk to my room. There was ample parking so I just ignored that request as I was checking in at 9 pm. Again, Im a senior and was tired from driving all day
