Negatives:
They jacked the prices for that particularly busy weekend, I'm sure they do it every year, which is fine whatever, but then they are asking people to leave disappointed. For that price, you'd expect a bit better service. The room was so tiny and gross, there was dirty smears all over the wall, it was cold and musty feeling. The staff were not friendly at all, and it was very loud - paper thin walls. I left feeling ripped off paying as much as we did for that negative of a stay and experience.

The room could have been cleaner. It was evident the mattress was not moved to clean the base of the bed or the headboard.
Paint peeling from wall in corner of the room.
Orange juice in dispenser was warm, not a good selection of breakfast foods.
