The pool was pretty cold and someone was being very loud near our room,slamming doors, shouting(after 10pm quiet time) and made it hard to sleep(we have a 2 year old).

Location is far out of downtown but quiet and peaceful. Situated next to a truck stop so constant semi’s moving all night is a bit annoying

Rooms and hotel mostly clean and up to date. Pool was great for family’s with kids, especially 12u.
Negatives:
The hotel nickel and dimes. Different fee/procedures if you use a credit card or debit card, extra charge for extending checkout 1 hour, extra rules for the hotel use and I’ve never had my room inspected as part of checkout. It gave a sour feeling that the guests weren’t valued.

for a few days we were provided a coffee machine in the lobby to choose cafe latte, etc. but it ran out of the ingredients we were told, so the pleasure didn´t last very long.
Negatives:
the breakfast was very poor and it was served with plastic plates and cutlery
we chose Best Western because we thought there is a minimum standard when it comes to the breakfast, but we were very disappointed.
just in time when the long weekend came the coffee machine in the lobby was closed - the only thing we liked about the "breakfast"
the swimming pool closed very early.
