Price wasn’t worth the stay, staff wasn’t the nicest. Wasn’t provided with a few basic things for our room. We were beside a family that was really loud and made it very hard to relax and sleep hearing crying children all night.

Having a breakfast menu in the room would be helpful....when I'm on vacation i don't want to google everything
Unhappy with front desk unwillingness to be flexible with a cash deposit instead of a credit card given the Rogers outage and other hotels provided this option without skipping a beat. Would reconsider Delta because of their unwillingness to be flexible and would not refer even though I stayed there previously.
