They didn't have the pool up properly, and they didn't have a hot tub working. We woke up around 8 am after an annoying night because neighbors decided to have a family reunion and it wasn't quiet after 11 pm. We woke up and the staff said we couldn't use the pool, it's my daughter's bday and she wanted to swim, that's why I picked this place. They kept checking levels, then said they could only give us an extra 30 mins to check out. The pool was ready at 1055am... You get the point. My girl wasn't happy.
