Breakfast was nice with real dishes and utensils, not the usual disposables, we really appreciate it. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Negatives:
Room cleanliness wasn't up to par, specially the washroom; despite hanging our towels to reuse, they kept washing them needlessly. I wished they'd clean the bathroom as thoroughly as they did the towels You could hear other rooms if your neighbors were not very quiet.

Positives:
The location was great...right by everything we were doing!! The breakfast was pretty decent and the bed was comfortable!!
Negatives:
We had a "drive up" room that we could not get to from the outside because the lock didn't work with the key card. Asked staff twice all they said was there is another door on the inside!!
The air unit in the room was SO loud, as well as we could hear every movement made by anyone outside, above us, or beside us!

Other than being clean there was nothing to like there.
Negatives:
Our double queen room was extremely small. We had to squeeze to walk by someone between the furniture. Wall seems to be made out of paper mache since we could hear everything around. The door is definitely soundproof at all.
The pool area was cold and so water temperature. We had to take out my almost 5 year old out after about 15 minutes because he was shivering. The sauna boards to sit were having a hard time to hold up the said 5year old of 40#. The hot tub was always pack since the pool was so cold and couldn’t use it.
The breakfast had a good variety but the quality of the food was less than ok. The “meat” didn’t look fresh, the scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless, and the mix for the waffle maker seemed to be for pancakes not waffle since it came out so mushy.
