Negatives: The hot tub had green water, the sauna had no light; there was no elevator to get to the rooms; there were strong chemical smells in the hallways; there were hairs in the pillows on my first arrival to the room

Positives: impressed with renovations of room and cleanliness. staff very friendly. I love that there are two pools, hot tub, sauna, and gym.

Negatives: the hallways and stairs musty mold smell carpets were very unclean but expect because they are older. we almost didn't finish going to the room because of this. However the room itself was a nice surprise.

Positives: The women at the desk were very nice and accommodating

Negatives: The building is old and it shows. The bathroom walls had holes that were not properly fixed, paint was chipping, the counter top looked stained and dirty. The hallway lights were kept on, but the curtains were about a centimetre too short, so the lights came in through the curtains into the room.
