Worth another visit
Positives:
The front desk staff were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to request a room not far from the elevator, and they situated us in the perfect room. When we had issues with
the coffee maker in our room, someone came up immediately to help resolve our issue. When returning to my room with breakfast, the breakfast Attendant saw that I had my hands full and insisted on helping me at the elevator. The staff were marvelous. When I learned how little they were being paid I was mortified. Good staff deserve fair wages.
Negatives:
It was a bit noisy. I could hear people walking around above me on the next level.
The bed was so high off the ground that my mother could not access it and had to sleep on the less comfortable pullout Sofa.
