It was a perfect stay

Not much, but there was one staff member who was extremely apologetic for another staff member who was very rude and was very unhelpful with issues we had with our stay.
Negatives:
My room was never made up in my 3 night stay. We had to ask for clean towels and extra towels as we had 4 people. It seemed that we were expected to use 2 towels for all of us.

Water on the pool is very cold, theres no heater working I guess. We booked the hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool but not even 10minutes the kids cant no longer stay in the pool because theyre freezing! No exhaust fan on the rooms washroom.
