After booking I received an email stating they were under renovations but was non refundable. As we were in the room they had contractors removing patio doors etc right below us. I called front desk & the answer I received was" Yes I hear it too, it is almost right in front of me". The noise was awful & shook our room. They said nothing they can do as all the main floor doors were being replaced. We left Hotel so we didn't have to deal with the noise & came back at night . We were then woken up bright & early to hear all over again.

There was no elevator to facilitate access to my room and as I had a cane for 2 broken toes they did not offer me the use of another room on the first floor . Also there was icy conditions and hard snow and ice in the handicap parking area.
