Breakfast was terrible compared to when i last stayed a year ago. I couldn’t wait for breakfast again 1 year later it was terrible, cold terrible coffee. Wouldn’t accept my visa debit card like as you did the year prior, I had ti stay at Hilton across the street, the young French kid at front desk hung up the phone on me and was totally rude and not at all friendly with zero customer service skills. I was actually glad I was referred to Hilton. They exceeded my expectations - crowned place you totally disappointed - coming from Toronto.

Room was nice except the heating system woke both of us several times both nights.
Negatives:
When we arrived the main entrance was under renovations. The alternate entrance has about 12 steps . We are seniors with mobility issues. We asked for help but it was not available. It was no small task for us to haul our luggage. The makeshift dining areas were far from the elegant pictures online. We are not hard to please people but we were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel was a disappointment. It had been recommended by my sister who stays there often and she is not impressed.
