Bed very comfortable. Very good meal delivered from the restaurant at our room. Staff very welcoming.
Negatives:
The ramp to get in the hotel for a wheelchair is very dangerous and abrupt. I was scared to go on it. Room very small for a person in a wheelchair, chair could barely pass between bed and TV furniture. Washroom in the room very small especially for someone in a wheelchair like me. I will never go back in a wheelchair, anyway not until I get my surgery done. Not recommended at all for people with disabilities (in wheelchair),

Breakfast was terrible compared to when i last stayed a year ago. I couldn’t wait for breakfast again 1 year later it was terrible, cold terrible coffee. Wouldn’t accept my visa debit card like as you did the year prior, I had ti stay at Hilton across the street, the young French kid at front desk hung up the phone on me and was totally rude and not at all friendly with zero customer service skills. I was actually glad I was referred to Hilton. They exceeded my expectations - crowned place you totally disappointed - coming from Toronto.
