Location was perfect. Couldnt ask for a better location. Within walking distance to so many things. Staff were very pleasant. Complimentary breakfast ( Only available through booking.com) was really great.
Negatives:
The pillows were very lumpy and hard. The air conditioner was very loud!!, so I had to keep it turned off and the room got too warm. No microwave in the room. There is a mini fridge, but it was barely cold. Everything was room temperature after all night in the fridge. The room was definitely not what I would expect for the rate. Will not be staying here again.

In particular the breakfast situation was incredibly poor. We were seated in the bar side of the restaurant amongst dirty tables. After waiting for 10 minutes the hostess came to tell us if we went to the buffet it would be faster. The manager then brought in another table of guests who then told them that it would be 20 minutes before any service. Unfortunately we were looking forward to a lovely Sunday brunch but we had to leave hungry as we had an appointment to get to in Shediac. I always stay at the Beausejour when I come to Moncton and I have never minded paying more for this hotel until now. This in hotel dining experience really turned me off.
