Parking . $25 a day and one morning I had to wait 45mins to get in.
First room wasn't clean or ready so we had to change rooms.
Bathroom door handle was broken ... door didn't close properly.

The room was very dusty. You'd wipe all the dust off your tablet or phone, then 5 min later everything was coated with dust again. We believe it was the air exchanger. The windows were very cold to sit by and had a lot of condensation. There were a lot of leaks from the storm. Buckets everywhere on the parking level. Bed was ok. I believe this hotel needs major updates. Oh, and no free WiFi. You have to be a Hilton Honours member. Which I am, but just a heads up to anyone that isn't.
Otherwise, it was quiet after the hours posted, staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is awesome for uptown events/shopping.
